We have a 1997 1.8 Vectra, just recently it has started to hiccup when you are driving at highspeeds and in high gears. it only does it when you have slowed down a bit and then put your foot on the accelerator again. When it hiccups it only does it the once its not a continual thing. Any ideas?

When was the fuel filter and plugs last changed?
Not sure about the fuel filter, the plugs were done at its last service which was in August, the problem started straight after it had been serviced.
Do you know what brand of plugs were used?
If it was a major service at Vx dealer, they would have changed the fuel filter then. Dunno about other garages though..
