I once had a dream where I pulled up outside the Dorchester in my Chaika limousine. My two stone-faced bodyguards in long leather overcoats, Andrei and Oleg, leapt out and opened the doors for blonde Natasha and red-haired Tamara, who were wearing white mink coats with nothing on underneath. I tossed the keys imperiously to the gobsmacked doorman and snapped "park it!"

....then I woke up.
