Mutterflies appearing slap bang in the middle of the text you are reading....no pop up window border to warn you! It is very new...last day or so I think.

Ah! the one where he goes for a drive while his mates watch the football ... that's been around for a while, mapmaker.
It actually happened to me during that football chanpionship that we had recently - which one was it? I went off to fill Mrs P's with diesel and drove along thinking WHERE IS EVERYBODY!!! (a la BA ad...). Finished filling up, got back and realised. Picked up the 911 keys and off I went ... wheeeeeeee!
Discovered that day that football does have one use.

That happened to me as well; did a 45 minute journey in about 20 mins. Asked at work the next day if anybody else had noticed how quiet the roads and why. They are still not talking to me.

Just some butterflies that eventually disappear to reveal a SAAB.
(Why is the depreciation on SAABs so horrific? What's wrong with them?)
|
What's wrong with them?
- Chassis.
- List price is BMW/Merc territory but the cars aren't, hence the s/h market marks them down.
- Chassis not up to scratch, and not able to take the power of some of the engines.
- Historically quirky designs have limited to market for s/h cars. Some hangover, still.
- Perceived quality & driving experience aren't what they should be for the price. The latter is probably due to the chassis.
- Have I mentioned the chassis?
Personally, I wanted one so hard it hurt (the quirky designs...), right up until I test drove a 900 2.3 & 2.0t within days of a BMW 323i. There was just no comparison, and BMW have kept me in their grip ever since.
