Mondeo radiator fan vibration

Mondeo radiator fan vibration - mondeoman10K
The radiator cooling fan only cuts in for a short time when required.
The problem is that occassionally, it makes a vibrating noise (as if a bearing has run dry), during part of the time it is on for cooling.
Anyone else had this problem?
