Corsa Price - Paul Robinson
I'm off tomorrow to look at a Corsa for my daughter. It's a 2001 Y 1.2 Comfort 3 door, 37,000 miles, a nice metallic blue, one owner, FSH network Q car at a Vauxhall main dealer.

What do backroomers think would be a reasonable price for this for a straight cash purchase?

If it helps, cargiant have a 2001 Y 1.2 Comfort 3 dr blue (looks like metallic), 19000 miles, for £4295.

A mate of mine has one of these and it's not bad, but it's not that great. I would agree with the last comment - low £4ks - but it's just such an uninspiring car that I can't ever imagine spending that much money on it, espceially not the basic, dull Comfort that doesn't even have the slight flashiness of the newer ones with CD player, alloys and the like.

My local Vaux dealership has this exact same model on a Jan 2001 (X Reg) with 39,000 miles on the clock going for £4995.

3 year old ones with various miles go for around 3- 3.5k at auction in manchester, belle vue.

Seems a lot of money for a old corsa considering a new Getz is £6000 with 3 years servicing, New Charade's are £5500 & Panda's can be had for under £6000.
