I have bought from them. A BMW 330i 53 reg. around 3 years ago. Don't have the car any longer, but in short, it was fine. I felt it was keenly priced, therefore they didn't respond much to a haggle, but did throw in a CD changer (a 53 plate BMW still came with a tape deck...!)
It was an ex fleet vehicle, so highish miles (around 50k), but came with BMW SH. The staff seemed straight forward and no nonsense, the car was great. Fast, refined and comfortable. Only negative was that it simply wasn't as good as the 525i E39 it replaced. That however, is not the fault of the dealer. Good luck, hope you get a good one.
