OTR UK price for this beauty is about £22k. Can anyone suggest an outlet in the UK which may be more competitive?

Tough car to get any discount on at the moment as it's not ramped up for volume production yet - they still have another few months of the NedCar agreement to go, so it's high end versions only. The result is that you might actually pay less for a same-spec S60.
You should get a few hundred off from www.drivethedeal.com but you're not going to get the same discounts as you would on a Mondeo (£5k) nor even an X Type (£2k) - although I'm sure in a year or two, that £2k will be there to be had, along with a range of cheaper models. As a result, I'd expect depreciation to be fairly heavy on these cars once the novelty's worn off.

Actually www.tins.co.uk has about £1,500 off the 2.4 manual SE but they don't quote on the auto. That doesn't mean they wouldn't do it for you though.
