Remove rear bumper, Skoda Fabia

Remove rear bumper, Skoda Fabia - bertj
I need to remove the rear bumper on a 2004 Skoda Fabia to fit reversing sensors. I can't find any obvious bolts or screws that hold the bumper on. Any help would be appreciated.
