Just a little update from the scam which i resolved that was Booked via A from the "mirrored" hotel website but booked by P via another site called H..

It also gave a virus and as my phone number was there some scam/spam texts asking to confirm my credit card details as transactions not gone through.. or pending.

Oddly enough OR NOT the transactions are in US dollars for $ 40-50 ish

Just as an aside the HIlton reservations team were brilliant in helping getting things identified and sorted.
