I think most people here know of the site, as this forum is closing next week we can't claim the two are in competition any more. If you think your face fits then it's probably the natural place to migrate to.
Hopefully C4P have done all the necessary risk assessments. I notice a post on their forum that suggests the On-line Safety Act (OSA) might not apply to their site. That is wrong. Any forum that allows user-generated content is in scope, even if just text. The size of the user base and number of posts is irrelevant. The relevant risk assessments need to be done and it may then be, in the light of those assessments, that the risk is considered low and therefore a lower level of compliance is required by OFCOM.
Only forums that are out of scope need do nothing. I ran C4P through the 'scope checker' and as far as I can see they are in scope and need to act (if they haven't already done so)
