2015 Ducato based motorhome - Both electric windows and mirrors not operating - stuartl

Hi, a friend has the above problem. The windows and diir mirrors suddenly stopped working. The RAC ran a wire between fuse and switch and the windows went up. Is there another fuse somewhere that would stop both windows and mirrors to stop working? Many thanks.

There’s likely to be more than one fuse box on these . One under the bonnet, don’t think that’ll do the windows, one to the right of the steering column., there may be another one on the left side by the glovebox., if all fuses are ok , I’d be looking at a possible wiring issue into the door . Broken wire in the A post shut is something to consider.

I did suggest that it might be a broken wire to multiswitch on drivers door as both windows and mirrors are not working
