99 TD5 Discovery wiper problems - ukemaxxer

I am having some problems with my Discovery front wipers.
They will not work on intermittent setting but will move on normal and fast speed, although they do not stop in the correct position.
on using the flick wipe, they will only move whilst the switch is held down.

As a bit of additional information, the rear wiper has started to wipe when in reverse but NO wiper functions have been selected.

I thought this was just a front wiper park switch problem but now don't know if it could be the body control module.

Any ideas ?
