Have been offered a Paint and Fabric protection called Jewelultra & Diamondbrite which has a 6year guarantee,sounds good but I wondered if any of contributers have any experience of this process?.

These types of products used to be heavily promoted by new car dealerships who would charge around £99 to apply a £9 product.
If you want to apply it yourself, you will get a "feel-good" factor, probably worth the tenner you pay for the product. The guarantees are worthless, and would be impossible to enforce in a few years time. If the dealer insists on applying the product, and wants to charge the £99, walk away. It is just another profit opportunity for him and he is not offering the warranty.

Thanks for pointing me to an earlier thread on this treatment,it is being done free of charge as a final sweetener on a deal I was already happy with,nice to know that the general opinion is that it works.
