Tried to purchase an aerial from this site, on advice given by other HJ users and to my suprise the company have still not contacted me by phone or email. Give that I placed my order on Sunday night and it is now Weds night is this normal or shall I try to re-order the item in question?

I'm still waiting for the £25 refund for the return of an exchange part from this outfit. Every time I ring them I get told it's being processed and will be with me in 2 or 3 days - I sent the old part back to them a month ago........
They never reply to e-mails - I certainly won't be using them again.

I used to use them now and again, the general census on opinion is to ignore the website and phone them. The same happened to me, and people on a vauxhall forum advised to phone them. Over the phone they are very helpful and seem to have a lot of info. at their fingertips, even the man on the phone intimated "the website is useless, just ring us in future"
