Seeing as this isn't in Glass's guide, I'm sure that no one will object me jumping in on this one.
My first instinct said £2200 + VAT and looking at the vans section on AutoTrader (click through, there is one!) that seems about right for a low mileage 5 year old in good nick.

Is it diesel - if so & proper mileage £2000 would be fair to all.
If petrol, you may get about this, but harder to find the customer for it.
But if you need £$£$£ quick, auction will get 1/2 this figure.
One tip, if you're VAT registered, INCLUDE VAT in the price you ask, most buyers at this end of the market won't want to pay £???? + VAT.

We are VAT registered but what has happened is a mate of mine needs a van by Monday. I basically have 2 spare ones that just get used as runarounds and sit outside the office for most of the time.
My mate is willing to pay cash so I just put a few hundred through the books and hey presto, I make a bit of cash to compensate for the ridiculous amount of tax I pay every month.
I will offer him the van for 2grand and take it from there.
