Funny then that Carmarthenshire County Council are not so diligent in chasing the people responsible for leaving thorns and other hedge-cutting debris strewn along the roads. Perhaps that is because it is caused by council hedge-cutters?

Get off the beaten track this time of year and hey presto another puncture from thorns thrown out by hedge cutting. Whilst at the tyre centre a farmer came in, puncture from hedge cutting.
Old fashioned finger cutters didn't cause the problem, its the new flail mowers that sling the cuttings all over the road.
