I gather from comments I have seen on the web that Jeremy Clarkson has been having problems with his Mercedes and he's not to impressed with the after sales service. I presume he must have written about it in one of his columns but I can't dig it up. Does anyone have the full story please? Just being nosey!LOL

Don't know if it's true but it'll be interesting to find out. If MB dealers can't lay it on for JC what hope does anyone else have of getting decent service from them ?

If you have a look at the Mercedes section of the duffers feature on the Topgear site you'll be amazed at how many disatisfied MB owners there are.

Yes - I noticed that when I checked the site out a week or two ago. Makes you wonder why JC went and bought one then. Perhaps he thought they'd pull out all the stops if he had any problems and has come down to earth with a bump.

He regularly slates Merc. servicing. I think he did so at least a month ago in his Sunday Times Motoring section car review. Maybe he was reviewing a Merc?
