Remove the battery first; easiest way to clear the path for pulling it out is to pull off the rubber lining sitting on top of the metal wall that separates the plenum chamber from the engine compartment itself; this is attached to the sheet metal with little clips that you can pull off.

Underneath battery is the first drain hole; the other is located underneath the break fluid reservoir that you now have access to. Drains can simply be flushed with a tube or fingers.
