Vauxhall Corsa D - Rattling sound - Jack thomas
Hi there, i was wondering if anyone on here had any idea what could the issue with my car. I am planning on taking it to the garage next week but i just to know what i could be potentially dealing with before i get there.
Basically, everytime i start it, there is a rattling sound that seems concetrated towards the drivers side and this sometimes stops after a couple of seconds. Revving the engine doesn’t seem to change the noise of this rattling. Ive attached two links of videos with sound of the rattling if that helps!

Most commonly on these, A rattle from the driver-side engine bay is due to a worn timing chain.I would check the oil level on the dipstick first.Get the garage to investigate the problem
