Wrong car Right car - Miller
Anyone see it last night.

That lucky bloke spent FIVE times more on a Ferrari than I spent on buying my house!

And some might say he chose the wrong Ferrari!

Do we actually have any current or prospective Ferrari owners in the Back Room (I suppose I could be labeled a prospective, but it is a very dim prospect, depending on a speculation with a certain Liverpool firm)? It would be interesting to hear about models and experiences.

Toad (name of my JZA 80 Supra TT) cost rather less than five times the house, and gives I hope at least half as much satisfaction as a Ferrari. Only snag, and not a very great one, is he is automatic, which I doubt if many Ferraris have suffered from. See groups.msn.com/honestjohn/photoalbums.

Well it was the last of what I thought was a fairly good series.
Let them splash out - the sound of that Lambo was awesome!.

Wasn't it just, Martin! SWMBO offered to bring me a box of Kleenex, such was the groaning!

I hope this series comes back soon as I've really enjoyed it - anybody out there have some inside info?

Rob, they could be looking for more punters ;-)

Yep, that Lambo was loud.

Kind of a curve isn't it?

Cheap cars loud.

Mid/normal cars quiet.

Expensive cars loud.

Since I like to hear radio 4 i guess i'm happy to be average joe. I would straight swop the Lambo for a Mondeo (if I couldn't sell it of course).

Why on earth would someone pay a lot of money for a car that sounds like my lawnmower?

Sounds like my lawnmower?

Well, I might be interested if it hovers...
