2004 vauxhall vectra 2.0 dti - boost pressure problem - chris gilmore

Hi

My vectra has a boost pressure problem

It comes up with code p0243

I have checked the pipes and have changed the pressure

solenoid but still slow and the problem persists.

It won't go above 2900 revs and i dont know where to start looking to fix my car.

All advice into fixing my car would be greatly appreciated.

The turbo actuator is vacuum controlled,so you need to take a good look at all the small bore plastic and rubber pipes on the engine and to the vacuum solenoids.If I recall,there are 2 near the battery.Make sure the pipes are on the correct way round on the correct solenoids.
