Audi A1 Sportback MY64 and AudiA4 MY12 - Dash cam problem - Tally

i have 2 Mio 518 dash cam and have purchased Mio Smartbox which allows you to power the cam whilst parked.

I have had both installed by auto electrician and they are set to be on when parked but they power off when the car is turned off , the smartbox is powering the cam when ignition is off and the cam is set to record when parked

Anybody got any ideas please
