KIA Sportage - Winter tyres and wheels - Borderer

I have recently moved from the Scottish Borders to Somerset and am downsizing cars from a Sportage (14 plate) to a Kia Venga. I have a complete set of 5 winter wheels for the Sportage which I hope to sell. Apart from the Sportage, would you be able to help me with what other cars these wheels and tyres are suitable for?

Tyres are W310 215/70/R16

Wheels are 6.50 JX16

Each wheel also has the Kia TPMS valve fitted.

Cost me over £1000 to get it all which I will never recoup!

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'd suggest putting them up for sale on ebay or other such site.

Unfortunately, there are so many variables regards wheel offset, , bolt spacing, centre hole size, etc. that it would be virtually impossible for anyone to tell you a range of vehicles that they will (or will not) fit. But if you put them up as having come off a '14 Sportage, then it is up to other people as to whether they chance it or not on another car.

You also might not do too badly. Ideally wait for the first bit of snow, then put them up on a 7 day auction and watch the panic buyers come charging in, raising the price !

They should fit the Hyundai IX35 as far as dimensions go but you (or the buyer) would need to check that Kia and Hyudai TPMS valves are compatible. Despite being the same company there is no garantee.
