Bought 2 new tyres from xxxx and realised after fitting that 1 was defective. When I asked for a replacement/refund I was told that as they had been fitted they could provide no refund. So instead, I gave them an ultimatum. Either, make a small gesture off a replacement tyre and order through them, or provide no help and face having their name rubbished on the internet. They were not interested in providing any gesture with their faulty tyre and clearly not interested in my future custom, for the sake of £10-20 I would have accepted.
Also, I wrote 4 seperate damning reviews on their website, all of which were deleted. Strangely, all of the reviews on the website are immensely positive, I wonder why!
If your order goes to plan, this is the cheapest company you can buy from, if it doesn't, you will face the most evasive, unhelpful, excuse for customer service on the internet. Without doubt, I would rather pay a bit more and buy from a company that wants to provide great customer service and takes customer complaints seriously.
