SEAT Altea - EA189 Rogue engine? - MarkMo

Hi - Trying to find the EA189 on my C5V without success. Any ideas? (I've a SEAT Altea 1.6tdi ecomotive) My lease is coming to an end and I can buy the car – not sure if this is a good idea or not?

The recalls will be being issued by VAG in the next few weeks.

When does your lease come to an end ? If it's more than a month or 2 waay, then I'd suggest waiting until the all the hysterics settle down before making any decisions.

Thanks RobJP. It's 11th November so a bit tight as I have to decide wether to buy in mid October. It's a great car but I guess might have a rogue engine!
