Well, the advert won't last long, but i had a young agency driver with me today (offloaded both his and my tanks), he's recently completed his CPC course...he might as well have got the necessary info from the back of a cereal packet or made it up himself, the trainer has misinformed him completely re the15 minute rule for extending the WTD break requirement to 9 hours.

I have no idea of the standards of the free (but not for long..:-) advertiser above's teaching.

There are some seriously good trainers out there who can make some useful constuctive advice out the DCPC (farce in many cases), but they are few and far between. My most recent module (my company who take things like this seriously pays the trainers to come to us) was conducted by an ex VOSA traffic examiner, i can honestly say we leaned more with him in 7 hours than we did the entire previous 35.
