Find yourself a local airconditioning specialist, i had a similar holed pipe of the Landcruiser, the local chap put it right in no time at very reasonable cost.

I won't own up to how much worse i made things by trying to remove said pipe that had been on situ for 15 years..:-) and i advise you to leave the thing be and get an expert on it, most likely it can be brazed in place, removing or attempting to remove such pipes when they've been in place for donkeys years can open a whole new can of worms.

Looks like it is a double pipe assembly.Second hand is probably your best bet,however depending on where it is leaking,it may be possible to repair it.Is it leaking on the rubber flexi or the aluminium solid pipe.?

i am not a mechanic - all i know is that it will not retain the gas for the aircon. if you have of any ideas where i might trace one - i would appreciate. i am in kt3.
