hello! Can anyone tell me the exact size of a wheel but for a 2001 merc sprinter pls. I've just discovered 19mm doesn't quite fit because they're German so imperial or something. Thank you!

Germany (like all continental Europe) has been metric since Adam was a lad, there is no way they will be imperial.

Presume you mean 19mm socket and not thread.

Well that's wierd,

I just bought a Snappy 3/4 drive 19 mm for just these vehicles.

Big deformed looking thing but did the job.

both vehicles suffered from very FT bolts.

3/4 and a 6 " pole to get them loose!!

Had one in last week and careful eyeballing revealed distortion on the wheel countersink where the bolts seat so a bit of careful redressing fixed that.

But I most definately used a 19mm socket on them.

Must remeber to get van #2 back in to check it.

Now way the owner could ever change a wheel if he nedded to.

Van #1 is just fine now.

Bets advice is try a newish socket for fit,

nuts might be worn/distorted and need renewed.

And pay extremely hard attention to both the recessed nut seats on the rims and the ball interface on the bolts.

My A/D states 200nm for torque so they are pretty tight.
