Hiya,

I service my vehicle according to my own record of my milage rather than the service indicator but am having trouble resetting the indicator light. Does it matter? I've heard with newer sprinters they're designed to not allow the driver to continue to drive after a certain milage if the vehicle is not serviced & indicator reset. Thank you!

You should be able to reset the Si through the dash buttons,but it is not critical if you are not able to do so. The only issue with later models is if the ad blue system fluid runs too low,then this can prevent the vehicle starting,not overdue service or mileage.
