I think I know the one you mean. Sounds odd to me. You can drive your £200,000 air-car on a road, and when you get a bump, it is no longer airworthy and needs very expensive repairs due to the CAA regs. Surely having an aircraft, and a hire car is cheaper and better?

Mind you, this is not a decision I will ever be faced with. :)
