Audi TT - Used Audi TT - EDW2000

A family member is thinking about getting an Audi TT. It seems to be that last facelift was 2010? I was thinking he should go for

Petrol (FSI engine)

Manual Gbox

No turbo or Quatrto as more to go wrong

Can you get a decent car on ebay for £10k?

If you want buy a small sporty 2+2 with petrol and manual gearbox then I think there are better cars, although the TT looks superb of any age.

Not sure why you would buy one with a diesel engine and automatic (might as well buy an SLK for that), but I can see some charm in a basic manual petrol model. Just got to keep looking.

No turbo

I don't think they make one without a turbo. The petrols are TFSI's.

The only non turbo is the V6 3.2. Sounds great, but with a manual box just slips over the 225g/km tax threshold so road tax will be higher. I think the V6's are all quattro too.
