A colleague at work checked out a rattling sound from our exhaust, occurring when we first pull away. He's of the opinion it may be a loose part of exhaust from the catalytic converter back. He suggested a new one may be needed but to my laymans ear a loose one may mean a new bracket?? He mentioned if a new one is required it can only be a new KIA make part?? despite that after contacting KIA, their sales person said no part was available at their suppliers but a new part from any make would be possible and repaired at other garages. We hope to travel to Wales this weekend but concerned this has to be repaired before we leave. Could you please advise.
