If that's the Ford engined one,it's one of the best cars they ever made.They were the ones that won the rallies.

Do you mean the 9-5 Estate from 1997 to 2012 or the 95 from 1959 to 1978?

It's a bit of an open-ended question! They are good solid cars, reasonably roomy and a good boot capacity. I've had mine for 8 of its 12 years, and it's now covered 225,000 miles. Most of the car is original, including the exhaust and turbo. If you have some mechanical expertise, they are relatively easy to maintain. There are quite a few specialist garages around, and if you are near one of them it's ideal. And there are several of UK-based specialist forums for help and advice;

The earlier 2.2 diesels were pretty reliable, the later 1.9 can have it's problems. Various petrol models are available from 2.0 LPT to 2.3 HPT (150BHP-265BHP), all turbocharged, and all available as auto or manual (including the diesels). Avoid the 3.0V6 diesel. Make sure it has a full service history, and preferably buy from an enthusiast!

Post if you want more info.

I've had a string of 9-5 estates. The first was a petrol auto, which was a bit thirsty. The second was a 3.0tid which was a bit disastrous as it had DMF and sensor problems. Since then I've had two 2.2tids which have been excellent. The engine is a bit gruff, but from inside the car you don't get too much noise, it's well sound-proofed. The first was a manual, the second an auto which clips a few mpg off. the second one needed anew EGR valve, but it takes about five minutes to change it over.

Seats are very comfortable and you get the best comedy cupholder in the business. The exhausts seem to last for ever. They tend to eat rear tyres. MikeH's comments are all spot on.
