Old Nissan Primera with 94k miles. Very reliable but needs a new clutch in near future and a new front X member, (replacement due to rust).

What would be the reasonable garage going rate for Clutch replacement? I am in central Scotland. A clutch kit is anywhere from £80 to £190 from internet sites. I have done clutches in the distant past, (Cortina, Mini etc.) but not on a relatively modern car. Is it do-able by somebody with reasoanble skills and slightly better than average tools?

What would be the reasonable garage going rate for X-Member replacement? Is is something I could tackle myself? It looks like it bolts in so maybe it just requires a lot of dissasembly of rusted in bolts?
