Last time we were in Jordan I saw an old brilliance, I think it was, looked like it had been stretched by adding in 6 inch B pillars. Very odd.

Not that I know much about Chinese cars, but from what I have read they have the structural integrity of marshmallow. I would rather not drive a death trap.

Quite a few european car makers are building factories in China now, so there is no reason that their cars should be any worst than one made or assembled in the UK.

Don't forget that practically every electrical product is now made in china.

It's not the factory location, it's the owner that matters. When you look at electronic goods, Chinese brands were carp, now there are some good ones. It'll be a few years before Chinese cars get there.

All new dealers near me <3 years ago and now closed down.

The Geely Emgrand has an Ncap 4 star rating so I don't think that's too bad as maximum rating is 5 stars.

But, your right. There are lots of Chinese cars with the structural integrity of an egg box.
