I saw my first 15 reg. car yesterday - like hearing the first cuckoo in spring. It was a Citroen C4 Cactus, pea green with roof rails and sculted matt black plastic panels stuck on the doors.
First one I saw though was in 20 Feb northbound on M1, a Transit sized van liveried for Anglian Water. The 15 plate was fitted but with a magnetic trade plate also displayed.
Just seen a 15 plate yellow Nissan Juke............ I've heard of drunk texting which normally causes trouble. I think the owner of this must have had a few before they chose the colour.
Why is yellow no longer a mainstream colour? My Dad had a 1978 Ford Granada Ghia in Signal Yellow - it was distinctive but by no means unique.
Seen a few 15 Plate Jukes (but not too surprising as I live near the factory!) and a few Hyundai I10 and I20's as well. Most of them white which seems to be the top colour choice at the moment.
