SAAB 9-3 - Eberspacher Hydronic water heater - braniff7

I fancy a spare just in case, although they're supposedly quite reliable. I know where they are in the old 9-3 and the 9-5 diesels, but can anyone advise whether the 9-3 SS diesels have them, and any other types of vehicle I might target at the breakers yard?

It seems they are more frequently installed as standard equipment on the continent since its colder.

I would need the D3WZ.

I don't know about the 93-SS, the last Saab I had had a 3 cylinder 2 stroke engine in it.

An Eberspacher heater was fitted to Citroen Xantias with the HDI engine and the equivalent sized Peugot model. It may have carried over into the Citroen C5 as well.

I think my C5 has an electric heater and possibly my 406 as well, don't know if anyone else has used this approach. As mine are both 14 years old I doubt that the diesel heater would still be working.
