When I wanted a full sized spare for my Leon I went here.

I admit its only steel but its locked away in the boot (hopefully forever) so who cares. Cost me £37 delivered. Budget tyre from local fitter and a jack form halfords and I was sorted for about £90.
Seat themselves wanted £190 for a space saver spare kit.

Very strange. It's only £75 for the whole kit for a Skoda, even the 18" wheel that mine has to have.
That shows it's worth checking the price. I don't object to its being an option, as long as it's available - but £190 is excessive, so it's useful for people to know alternative sources. Many thanks on their behalf.

Its only about £90 for the Leon if you specify it as a factory option. Mine was a dealer stock car with no spare and at the time the wheel, tyre and jack kit all had to be bought seperately and added up to just over £300. Told them to stuff it. Later they wrote to me to inform me that due to public demand Seat had made a kit available for owners who wished to add the spare to an existing car for £190.
My method of wheel, tyre and jack save a large sum and I have a propper sized wheel. I loose about 2" of height in the boot, it lifts the carpet up a bit.

I specifically wanted an original wheel full size, same size tyre. The wheel was £119 without the jack kit and that was £30 including the tools and the big plastic nut and bits to hold in place in the wheel well. At least the Rio still has the space..

My '14 reg Yaris was around £100 for (skinny) wheel, tyre, jack and wheelbrace.
Fits the well perfectly, I don't have to replace the gunk every few years (or buy a tyre if I use it) and the compressor fits in the wheel.
Had my last car nine years and never needed the spare!

But.. for£30 more tha the £119 cost of the full size alloy, I got the correct jack, the cradle, wrench for wheel nuts and the eye bolt (for towing) all origial partstoo.

The link in your original post is for a wheel only. It clearly says "Style F is supplied without a tyre" says nothing about a jack, cradle wrench and eye bolt.
My £90 bought me a wheel, tyre and jack.
So how much did you actually spend on the wheel, tyre and other parts. It was without doubt more than the £30 you state above.

At the risk of being pedantic, as you say the wheel only is £119 for £30 more i got the proper kit, jack and its cradle and tools including the towing eyebolt. = £149 +£6 postage =£155. I already have a freebie tyre but again to be "fussy" lets say it is worth £40, so I have a full size original wheel and tyre and all the bits for whatever sunm you want, but PERSONALLy I wanted a full size original wheel, thats all, and that is what I got. as said before dealer £220ish site i quoted £155 plenty of saving that's all.
Happy motoring

So you paid £155 and are happy.
I paid £90 and am happy.
Its good we are both happy.
But to be pedantic you paid £65 more than I did, not the £30 you originally quoted and that does not include tyre fitting plus you do not say if the tyre was new or used. My wheel, tyre etc were all new.
