BMW 1 Series 2006 - Stability controls system malfunction - helpless

Does anyone know if low diesel levels would cause the stability controls system to malfunctions n my BMW 1 Series. All three warning lights went out after I filled up.

Very unlikely.Get the abs/esp system checked on the diagnostic system.
