The video doesn't actually show the cause of the crash- the car jumps at about 1.28 and then goes out of control-tyre failure? ran over debris on the road?
Looks to me like the section of road had a couple of sharpish dips or bumps of the type that will be familiar to anyone who uses the M62 between the M60 and M6 junctions. Those are bad enough in a saloon car at 70mph, let alone at 3x that speed in a sports car.
The wheels probably left the ground, the driver was unable to correct properly on landing, and the plot went sideways (literally and figuratively).
I'm not a fan of curbing speeds generally, but not even the most skilled drivers in the world can avoid a crash if the unexpected happens at over 100 yards per second.
