I don't know if there's something wrong with my settings but i get about 0.5sec and then it switches off. What do I need to be able to play the file and how do I check if I've got it?

If you prefer to download it to your harddrive, right click on the link and select \"Save Target As\" from the drop down menu. Then select a folder in which to save it to. When finished downloading, you can then play it.
