My family have bought me one of these driving experience vouchers where you can choose to drive a Ferrari!
Have any of the other Back-Roomers done this and what were their experiences, good or bad? I would be very interested to know.

I got a choice of several options at Brands Hatch for a birthday a couple of years ago. I chose the Rally course and drove an RS200 several times around a short and very tight course. Great fun but VERY hot and uncomfortable !!!!
Only problem was that the time seemed to fly by so enjoy it while it lasts Galaxy !

Went on one with Octagon at Snetterton last October. Format was 4 or 5 laps in an Audi S3 to familiarise the circuit, 4 or 5 laps in the 355 (encouraged to take it to the red line), speedo blanked off (too many people seeing "wot'll she do mister) and then arriving at the chicane far too fast. Then 3 laps with instructor in S3. Downside of the 355 drive was other cars on the track which could block you. Overall verdict, OK but slightly disappointing.
What didn't help the day was being pulled up for speeding on way to circuit, but when the plod knew where I was going, he just told me to save the speeding for the track! Silencer on the 75 fell off on way home, so another 280 quid!

Not least the XR2's that easily keep up with 355's round Brand's Indy Cct.
