I have checked. They have only the spheres without the cylinder.

Why a complete cylinder? The seals wear out and are available individually from the main dealer.

I need the complete cylinder because the one on my car broke off - i.e., the rear driver side.

By far the cheapest and easiest way would be to get a second hand one from a scrapyard, if you don't have one locally there are plenty being broken on ebay.
