Citroen c5 2004 - wing mirror motors. - Dawsy

I had some damage done to my offside wing mirror last night, could just have been the bad weather but something must have hit the mirror with force. The glass isn't broken , it will adjust up/down, to the left but NOT THE RIGHT. I wonder if something has just come adrift or is worn out/broken. Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks.
