1.6 petrol - Vauxhall Astra mk4 dead - navyc

My Astra just would no start, no warning at all. Regularly serviced, low mileage. Error code 0136 so changed the oxygen sensor on top of the exhaust manifold. Sparks, but no fuel. All fuses checked. Petrol pump relay not switching, the live LT was going to it, but the earth LT was going high and stopping it operating. Cut the earth and connected it to ground, relay switched in and fuel pump started working. Spark plugs still dry, though plenty of fuel going into injector manifold. Any help or advice would be greatly apreciated.

Is the camshaft turning?Could be broken timing belt?

Camshaft turning and seems to be plenty of compression.

I would check the other fuel injection relay (purple) ,Failing this you could have an engine ecu fault. Also try running an additional earth lead from the engine ecu body direct to the earth terminal of the battery.
