20,000 mile OCI is the norm now for fleet use, and many other models - I personally always halve the recommended OCI.

If its like my Jag 20,000 intervals will mean the EGR becomes a service item.

Daveyjp - but it won't be like your Jag will it, the point is it's all new including the engines. Great to see the flat earth society bemoaning progress again, 21k service intervals, next we'll be giving women the vote. Anyway next stop vision express for GB. Lovely looking car, lots of great tech built in Britain and looks to have all the ingredients to succeed on merit. I hope it's a resounding success.

Although it just looks like a shrunk XF it looks a darn site more exciting than an A4/3-series.

I also hope it will be a success as it will be built (and engineered) in the UK.

Although something with the design does not gel with me and I think theinterior is a let down especially after the success o fthe XF & XJ.

Will have to be a damn good car to beat the 3 series though but having said that they do seem to focusing on emmissions which is key to this segment and the reason why the XF took longer than necessary to sell in greater volumes.
