Peugeot 206cc 2001 1.6 16v - Help, Peugeot 206cc 1.6 cranks over when cold - double_tap_that

Im sure someone can help, But long story short....

206 1.6 engine, ok so, 85% time almost starts first/2nd attempt, but...mainly when cold, i.e first thing in the morning, it just cranks over, it takes about 9 or 10 attempts BUT will always start eventually,

When the engine is or has been run in for a few miles, it will nearly always start again with no issues, But not always..

Is this some sort of immobilizer issue? I have no warning lights on display when driving, but all lights are on when on ignition, its been on a diagnostic but no codes were displayed, ?? is this a common problem with the 206s or just me?

Faulty coolant temperature sensor not giving it enough 'choke' when cold???

Hard to really pinpoint without a diagnostic. Get one done with Lexia equipment as that will read live data on the engine and key components as well as the "P" fault codes.
