Best prices 14 plates - sambi

I've been looking for a pre reg i10 with low/delivery miles. Dealers just don't appear to be moving on the price. Is it too early to oick up a bargain on a 14 plate? Am I more likely to find better prices in September once the 64 plates are released?

Supply and demand. If Hyundai UK have not imported a surplus or have sent them off to hire car companies in decent numbers, then your unlikely to get a deal unless you can find a desperate dealer who needs a sale.

The i10 is a new model, well reviewed by the Press, so probably with a waiting list. I shouldn't think dealers need to pre-register them at the moment.

Betrter deals on the Kia Picanto perhaps?

I thought every new model was well reviewed by the press, for obvious reasons? :-) tho I suppose some are better reviewed than others ....

I got a great price on a Mercedes Benz A Class by mentioning that l was thinking of going through a broker. When l did this they handed me a leaflet stating why l shouldnt use a broker and gave me a great price - only £11 off the monthly payments l wanted to make.

I got a great price on a Mercedes Benz A Class by mentioning that l was thinking of going through a broker.

When I bought my BMW 118D did exactly the same. Saleman turned the screen round, pressed a few keys and by some miracle the price had dropped by £2000 and matched the best on-line price.

Tried it when I bought the Seat Leon, dealers were not interested, bought from a broker.

Bought the Leon from Carfile. This should link to the i10 page. Discounts are only small indicating supply and demand are well matched.
