Ford Ka - radio code - wait - l15akelly

I brought the radio code 5092 but when I type it in the radio gies into wait mode for 30 mins. Can you help?

If you give us the serial no we can supply the code,unless its a V code M is ok

If it displays "wait" ,it is either the wrong code or you have entered it incorrectly.

The code I have is M 81 10 00 (this comes up when I press 6 and 1 together)

M811000 code is 5092 which is correct. So either the code is not being entered correctly,or the serial number has not been read correctly.Pull the radio out of the dash to confirm the serial # from the white label.

I cant get the radio out to get the serial number, have tried inserting a bent hanger in the 4 holes but it won't shift

Hi after replacing the battery I am also being asked for the pin code when I switch the radio on. The serial number is M018890, I wondered if you could let me know the code?
