Rover 25 W reg 1.4 - rubber boot gaiters - Delysher

How long would it take a garage with the correct tools to replace both the rubber boot gaiters on both of my front wheels on Rover 25.

I am being given times of 2 hours (labour charges ) for each of the two front wheels. That being up to 4 hours labour costs at a garage ?

I'd have thought myself probably an hour per side.

Perhaps it's their way of telling you they don't want the job??!!!

Any competent mechanic can do both in 60 minutes without breaking into a sweat.

Go elsewhere., where are you?

Cost me £115 for both to be done including Mot by local garage and done in less than an hour
